All vehicles must be tested for roadworthiness before a change of ownership can take place. A roadworthy certificate is valid for 60 days.

If your motor vehicle is used for public transport or is a heavy-load vehicle (excluding buses), you must take it to be tested for roadworthiness every year before you renew the motor vehicle licence. A bus must be tested for roadworthiness every six months.

Unfortunately we only do roadworthy tests on  vehicles with a GVM of 3500kg and less.

A test takes more or less 20minutes to complete. If your vehicle is roadworthy you will receive your certificate and your vechile will be declared roadworthy on the eNatis system. If there are defects you will receive a list of what needs to be fixed. You can then resubmit your vehicle for a free retest within 14 days.

We also do multi-point checks for private to private vehicle finance.
